Warehouses

Reatan is based in Shanghai, China, but we have warehouses in China and America.

Orders placed from North America(USA/Canada)can be shipped from America via Fedex/Amazon Logistics express within 3 days.

Orders from other countries will be shipped by warehouse in China within 7 days.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on local orders for our warehouses(which means orders deliver to USA&CHINA would be free). If your order does not qualify for free shipping, the shipping fee will be shown on the address-filing page once the order is settled.

Shipping Methods & Tracking

There are UPS,DHL,Fedex express ways available for choices, and after your order processes, you will receive another email with tracking information and you will soon be able to track your order.

About the Tariff

USA local orders do not need to be charged for tariffs.

Orders shipped from China warehouses are subject to the local tariff policy and if you have specific needs pls contact us.

Shipping Notice

For special shipping requests, Please make a note of this before placing your order. Please confirm your address before payment. If you enter the wrong address, please contact Reatan Support（support@reatan.com）in a timely manner. We will contact logistics personnel to solve the problem. Reatan orders can only be shipped to the country where the order is placed. If you ask to change the address after the order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that your order will be updated. In addition, you are responsible for all possible risks and expenses caused by changing the address after the order has been shipped.When you place an order, be sure to enter the correct name, address, and contact information so that we can deliver your items successfully.
